POSITIVE OPTICS ยท CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
Reflective optical components with substrate, surface and coating requirements defined for your system. Specify wavelength, angle of incidence and target reflectance.
Request a Mirror Quote
An optical mirror must be specified as a substrate and reflective surface working together. Share the outline, surface geometry, clear aperture and mounting conditions alongside the optical band. For laser applications, include the beam and exposure conditions so requirements can be reviewed explicitly.
The items below are information to supply for technical review. Manufacturing limits and acceptance criteria are confirmed in your quotation.
Shape, dimensions, thickness, material preference, flat or curved surface and mounting interface.
Surface figure, quality, clear aperture, edge details and any reflected wavefront requirement.
Wavelength range, minimum or average reflectance target, angle of incidence and polarization.
Temperature, cleaning or handling constraints; laser wavelength, pulse details and beam conditions when relevant.
Quantity, drawing revision, coating acceptance conditions, required documents and target delivery.
The reflective coating is reviewed against wavelength, angle, polarization and environmental requirements. Send the performance targets or a coating specification rather than only a coating name. Any laser damage requirement needs explicit test conditions and agreement; no damage threshold is implied by the product image.
Positive Optics offers production, coating and customization. Standard lead time is within four weeks; the schedule for your component, coating and quantity is confirmed in the quotation.
See Our Custom Optics ProcessYes. Send the substrate dimensions, surface geometry, optical quality, coating requirements and quantity for a manufacturing review.
Provide the minimum or average reflectance your system requires, over a defined wavelength range and at the operating angle and polarization.
Yes. Include wavelength, angle, polarization, power or pulse conditions, beam size and any required damage test conditions. Suitability is confirmed for the project.
The image illustrates the component category. Dimensions, material, coating and acceptance criteria are specified and quoted for your project.
Email info@positiveoptic.com with your drawing, quantity and target delivery date. If some specifications are undecided, identify them so we can discuss the next technical steps.
